Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer depending on carrier schedules.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact our team before checkout — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush shipping when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every flag we sell.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return:

• Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll provide a return authorization and simple instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please Note:

• Custom-made flags and special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
