At Tidmore Flags, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be free from signs of wear or damage and include any accessories or components received.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, material, or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange within the 30-day return window. We’ll help ensure you receive the right flag for your display.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at customerservice@corporateimagegroup.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
