What's Included in Each Military Presentation Set

Every military flag presentation set at Tidmore Flags includes the same matched components, sized to work together out of the box. The indoor branch flag comes with a pole sleeve and gold fringe on three sides — the traditional finish for ceremonial and institutional display. The two-piece oak hardwood pole assembles with a brass or chrome screw joint and seats into a weighted floor stand that holds securely on hard floors and carpet without tipping. The gold spear finial completes the top of the pole. Gold cord and tassels are included and hang from the pole at display height. All components are matched in finish — gold standard, chrome available on request.

Choosing the Right Pole Height for Your Room

Pole height is the single most important decision when ordering a military presentation set, and it's determined entirely by your ceiling height. Order the wrong size and the finial either disappears into the ceiling or the pole looks undersized for the room.

The 7 ft and 8 ft sets include a 3x5 ft flag. The 9 ft set includes a 4x6 ft flag for proper proportion in larger spaces. If your ceiling is above 14 ft or you're outfitting a very large ceremonial space, contact us — we can advise on the right configuration.

Displaying Multiple Branches Together

The most common institutional configuration is the American flag alongside one branch flag — one set on each side of a podium, desk, or stage. For spaces displaying all six branches, the correct order of precedence left to right is: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, with the American flag in the position of honor at the speaker's right (audience left).
