What types of custom products do you offer?↓

We offer a wide range of customizable products, including custom flags, championship banners, graduation banners, avenue banners, vinyl banners, garden flags, stick flags, golf flags, feather dancer kits, tail feather kits, and Kahuna promotional banners.

What’s the difference between digital and appliqué flags?↓

Digitally printed flags use high-resolution printing to reproduce complex images, gradients, and full-color artwork. Appliqué flags are made by stitching cut fabric pieces together, offering a more traditional, handcrafted look and long-lasting durability.

Can I include my logo, school emblem, or sponsor design?↓

Yes! You can include any logo, image, or text. Upload your artwork when ordering or email it to customerservice@corporateimagegroup.com. We’ll send you a proof for approval before production begins.

What file format should I use for artwork?↓

Vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF are preferred. High-resolution .PNG or .JPG (300 dpi or higher) are also accepted. If your artwork isn’t print-ready, our graphics team can help — a $50 redraw fee may apply (we’ll contact you first if needed).

Do I get to approve the design before production?

Yes. Every custom product includes a digital proof for your approval before we begin production.

  • Avenue Banners: 9oz poly canvas, 13oz vinyl, or 18oz heavy-duty vinyl
  • Championship & Graduation Banners: Felt, twill, nylon, or polyester
  • Promotional Banners (Feather, Tail, Kahuna): Durable outdoor nylon
Are your banners double-sided?↓

Yes, most of our banners and flags can be made double-sided. Standard pricing is for the same image on both sides. If you need different designs on each side, contact our team at 1-800-321-3524 for a quote.

What sizes are available?↓
  • Custom Flags: 2’x3’ up to 8’x12’ or larger
  • Avenue Banners: Typically 18”x36”, 30”x60”, or custom sizes
  • Feather, Tail, Kahuna Kits: 7.5’–13’ heights
  • Championship & Graduation Banners: Made to order in any size
  • Garden Flags: 12”x18” or 18”x27”
  • Stick Flags: Various handheld sizes
  • Golf Flags: 14”x20”
What is the production time for custom flags?↓

Typical production time is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Large, complex, or sewn (appliqué) projects may require more time. Rush service may be available upon request.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?↓

Yes. Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Contact our customer service team with your quantities for a quote.

Are custom products returnable?↓

Because all custom products are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved for production. Please review your proof carefully before approval.
