How to choose:

  • Thread size & truck style: Most outdoor poles use ½" NPT on the truck/finial. Confirm before ordering.

  • Indoor vs. outdoor: Indoor toppers pair with 7'–9' oak poles and weighted stands; outdoor finials should be weather-resistant and secured for wind.

  • Material & finish: Anodized aluminum (gold/silver), cast aluminum, or brass for durability; painted or polished finishes to match your pole.

  • Wind profile: Ball and spear profiles handle wind best; large spread-wing eagles are best for lower-wind sites or indoor use.

  • Height & scale: Match topper size to pole height and flag size so proportions look balanced.
